Deposit & Payment Information:

  • 50% deposit is required to hold & guarantee experience dates.
  • 50% balance due no later than 14 days prior to first day of experience.
  • All payments are made through U.S. PayPal or Square via credit card.
  • A link will be emailed to you for payment or we can take payment over the phone. 
  • This is the MOST secure transaction type for you.
  • Deposit is 100% refundable (less a 5% service fee) if you need to cancel for any reason up to 21 days before the first day of your experience date.
  • For cancellations within 14 – 20 days of the first day of your experience date, a 50% deposit is refunded
  • OR you can choose to transfer paid funds to another experience date with 180 days. Mérida Experiences are typically on the second to third week of every month.

No refund or transfer of funds is given if cancellation is received with less than 14 days notice.
