One thing that is very important to me is being accessible. Answering questions, providing advice or helpful recommendations makes me feel like I am contributing to the community. I am part of a wonderful boutique catering company called SUMMUS Catering Service. 

With a personal approach and the motto “details make memories”, SUMMUS focuses on small, intimate gatherings of 20 people or less.
With a wide variety of cuisine, from international to traditional and seafood, we also cater to special diets and individual requests.

First Monday of every Month: Chef’s Table – 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm ($950 MX)

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Mondays: Happy Hour Mini-Tasting – 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm ($350 MX)

Last Friday of the Month: Underground Events featuring local wines, artesanal liquors & beers paired with Chef Roman’s delicious creations – 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm ($700 MX)

Every Wednesday (beginning September 1st): Artists Gallery featuring local artists in a variety of mediums – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (FREE – wine, artesanal beer & craft cocktails available for purchase – no food served)
