Guests are invited to interact with and watch Chef Roman in the kitchen as he transmits love and warmth into each delectable sample.
The SUMMUS team provides unsurpassed service, attention and knowledge during their Signature Happy Hour. Chef Roman and Angel Rodriguez offer local perspectives on the culture and history of Merida. Amy Jones shares travel stories and adventures from the Yucatan peninsula.
